The first CPC and its qualifying transaction

Coco Pool Corp. moved quickly from IPO to execution. After listing on the TSX Venture Exchange as a Capital Pool Company in February 2024, Coco announced its proposed qualifying transaction with Viridian Metals Corp. in May 2024, entered into a definitive amalgamation agreement in August 2024, received conditional TSXV acceptance in October 2024, and successfully closed the transaction on November 6, 2024. The result was the transformation of Coco into Viridian Metals Inc., giving shareholders exposure to a growth-focused mineral exploration company with projects in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Coco's first qualifying transaction was a three-cornered amalgamation with Viridian Metals Corp., an arms-length transaction that allowed the CPC to evolve into a public mineral exploration issuer.
